Michael Petersen
Founder & Head CoachCoach Michael is a graduate of Western University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Planetary Systems, and Space Exploration. Michael competed in the NCAA Division I at Fordham University as a standout middle-distance runner. At Western, he led the team as a captain for 3 years and secured 12 medals in the 600m, 4x400m, and 4x800m. Michael also won the coveted Don Wright Trophy 2 years in a row for being a consistent, outstanding performer.
Michael specializes in the 800m with an affinity for the shorter sprint distances. He competed for Team Canada as a Junior at the World U20 Championship in Poland in the 4x400 and 800m. Michael has 3 senior national titles, 2 outdoor National Champion titles in the 4x400m (2022 and 2023), and an indoor national title in the 800m from 2024.
Mark Razon
CoachMark is a performance coach with nearly 20 years of experience working with high-level athletes and active adults. Drawing on his background in strength and conditioning and injury prevention, Mark specializes in building programs that are precise, purposeful, and built around the individual - not a template. His clients range from scholarship-bound athletes to busy professionals.
Norton Woo
CoachAs a running and strength coach, Norton specializes in developing athletes who are fast, resilient, and built to last. Norton is known for partnering with runners and high-achievers who are ready to bridge the gap between “working out” and purposeful training.
His methodologies integrate evidence-based programming with field-tested strength work, ensuring every session directly translates to athletic performance. By prioritizing movement quality, progressive overload, and long-term sustainability, he will help you shatter personal records without compromising your health!

Nick Trieu
CoachNick is a 4x captain of the Varsity Blues Track and Field Team, and a University of Toronto Kinesiology alumnus. With over a decade of experience in competitive athletics, Nick’s coaching philosophy is rooted in bringing out the best of each person while always having fun while doing so. He has a long history of working with youth athletes across a variety of sports. Bridging his knowledge with his strong foundation in the science of movement, he combines his academic research with high-performance experience to help clients move better, recover faster, and reach their peak potential.

Daniel Wilson
CoachDaniel brings a strong sense of confidence and dedication to his athlete performance and coaching approach. Through his experience in NCAA soccer and U Sports Track & Field, he developed a deep understanding of high-performance environments and the demands of competitive sports.
With coaching experience at the Blue Devils Athletic Club as a sprint coach and at the University of Toronto as a part-time Sprints coach, Daniel has worked with athletes across a range of sports and competitive levels. He is passionate about helping athletes build resilience, optimize performance, and confidently return to play.
Daniel holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, building a strong foundation in human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. He is currently a Physiotherapy candidate at the University of Western.
